Memosight ("Memosight", "we", "us", or "our") is a product of Decision Foundry™. This Privacy Policy describes how Memosight collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use the Memosight AdAgent platform and website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated prominently on our website or via email notification.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you register, request access, or use the Service, you may provide:

  • Name, email address, and company name
  • Account credentials (email/password or Microsoft SSO)
  • Messages submitted via contact or support forms
  • Media plan documents and campaign-related files you upload

Google Ads Data

When you connect your Google Ads account, Memosight accesses campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and related metrics) via the Google Ads API, using the permissions you explicitly grant through Google's OAuth 2.0 flow. This data is used solely to provide the Service — generating insights, surfacing anomalies, and producing AI-driven action recommendations. We do not sell, transfer, or use this data for advertising purposes.

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect navigational and technical data including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to maintain service security, performance, and reliability.

Children's Data

Memosight does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

2. How We Use Your Information

We never sell personal information.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and maintain account security
  • Send transactional emails (invitations, approvals, password resets, anomaly alerts, weekly reports)
  • Respond to support requests and enquiries
  • Monitor for security incidents and policy violations
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Google API Data — Limited Use Policy

Memosight's use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google Ads data is used only to provide and improve the Memosight AdAgent features visible to you
  • We do not use Google data to serve advertisements
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you have explicitly provided consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law
  • We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, with your consent, or as required by law

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: AWS (cloud hosting), Microsoft Azure (authentication infrastructure). These sub-processors act under data processing agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may transfer to the acquiring entity under equivalent privacy protections.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Memosight, its users, or the public.

5. International Data Transfers

Memosight is operated by Decision Foundry, with infrastructure hosted on AWS. Data may be processed in the United States or India depending on service requirements. Appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers in compliance with applicable law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Memosight uses essential cookies (httpOnly, SameSite=Strict) for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Where analytics or tracking tools are employed, they operate under their respective privacy policies with opt-out mechanisms available.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Google Ads data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service and is deleted within 30 days of account termination or connector disconnection.

8. Security

Memosight implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to maintaining industry-standard protections.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities
  • Data portability
